What we are looking for:

1 or 2 bedroom condos 

        in Las Vegas within walking distance of the strip (for a senior citizen)

       in Banff / Canmore within walking distance of downtown

Furnished, meeting vacation rental standards although we will add decore to match our standards.

Preferably in a large condo/hotel style building

Building ammenities such as a pool, spa, gym, hot tub, common eating areas, internet or computer access.

A little time to place the property in our system and advertise.
